DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We offer delivery to many countries worldwide. For more information about shipping charges and available countries visit our Shipping & Returns page.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Due to larger supply and better prices for your convenience, we are shipping from our warehouses overseas instead of our US warehouse.  We manufacture our products Worldwide.  Shipping is averaging 12-20 days.

Please do allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Our team will be available to answer your questions via live chat, Facebook, email or Instagram.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

We do our best to process the orders in the fastest way possible, so hurry up! If you changed your mind about the purchase, send us an email with your order reference number and clear request to hello@thekids.store. We will get back to you soon with an update about the possibility or not to satisfy your request.

 

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to combine orders or add products to an existing order. If you would like to get all items together, you can try to contact our customer care with a clear request and your order reference number. We do not guarantee the possibility to satisfy this type of requests.

 

CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes of course. As soon as you will receive our shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the order, it means that your parcel has left our warehouse.

 

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S MY ORDER?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.

 

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you. 

 

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE?

You can apply the promo code at checkout, just paste it in its designated area and then press “Apply Coupon”. The price will automatically change on the items in the cart, if you do not see any type of modification, be sure that you read the restrictions before using it. If the discount does not still work, please contact us.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you received an item that presents defects, contact our customer care. Please remember to include your order reference number and clear pictures about the flaw of the product. 

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

You will be refunded 1-5 weekdays after you receive an email from us about the delivery of your return. Please mind that at high pressure the process of refunds can take up to 14 days. The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment used to complete your purchase.
